My Story
Shavez was raised admist the close-knit community of Kankakee. He attended Kankakee Community College before furthering his education at Western Illinois University. It was in the opportunity of being a lawyer in Kankakee County, that his journey towards becoming a passionate and empathetic lawyer began.
Growing up, Shavez witnessed family members and friends grappling with legal challenges. The experiences were often disheartening, with lawyers who seemed unreachable and cases treated as mere files. This stark contrast fueled his commitment to redefine legal representation. Shavez recognized the importance of personal connection and empathy in the legal profession.
